Start a project
Pick Research Helper from your products. Drag your SPSS .sav file onto Upload your dataset, or browse for it — SPSS exports carry the question wording and answer labels the analysis reads.
Give the project a name in Create a project and press Create project. The dataset is attached and the chat opens.
Attach the questionnaire (optional)
The chat offers to read your questionnaire — PDF, Word, Markdown, plain text or a Qualtrics .qsf export. It helps the answers use your own wording. You can skip it.
While the survey is being read, the input says "Preparing your survey…". When it is ready it says "Ask me to analyze your data…".
Ask in plain English
Ask about the survey itself:
"Which questions are about satisfaction?"
"How was Q12 worded, and what were the answer options?"
Or ask for a table:
"How does NPS differ by segment?"
"Show top-2-box for the brand attributes."
"Run a banner of Q5 by age and region."
Each table question gets one analysis — a description, frequency, cross-tab, significance-tested cross-tab, banner, top-2-box, battery means, NPS, penalty–reward or funnel. Banners and cross-tabs carry significance letters and a short note on what stands out.
If the question is unclear, the chat asks one clarifying question — pick the variable it means, or type your own answer.
Read and download
Every answer appears in the chat: the table, a chart where it helps, a short reading of the result, and any warnings about the data. Banner tables download as Excel.
Go deeper
Ask the next question in the same conversation. When a question needs more than a single table — a segmentation, a driver analysis, a pricing study — it belongs in the Specialist Agent Hub, which runs those analyses on the same file.
Open-end sentiment analysis and correspondence maps are coming soon.
